Great improvement - these really are pistols now & over 50% are down low

3A) DB step-ups 15kg 8/8, 15kg 8/8, 15kg 8/8
3B) SB rollout 10, 10, 10

Great workout - missed doing last night - but had today off - in/out & enjoying brilliant weather out there

See Man utd managed a draw - which I will take happily so early on in the season especially at the bridge
