1A) Y-Squat (15)
1B) Decline Pushup (10)
1C) Step-ups (10 per side)
1D) Pushup (30)
1E) Bodyweight Squat (20)
1F) Spiderman Climb (15 per side)
1G) Forward Lunge (10 per side)
1H) Close-grip Push-up (10)
1I) Stability Ball Leg Curl (15)
1J) Inverted Row (10) *** skipped can't do these @ home

damn! 3 rounds of that?! looks good and exhausting!

for inverted rows - do you have chinup bar? if you do - get 2 pieces of rope (strong enough to hold you) and loop them around and hold the ends (or wherever makes sense) and do them that way? might be a little weird/different?

got the idea from some exercises where you loop the ropes over the bar and lean forward - mimicking an overhead rope trip extension using your bodyweight.

i figure it's good for a lot of things like that... bw stuff with the bar. i, of course, got climbing rope from the cute girl at the gym. :)

Yeah - plan on getting a bar just haven't found one - well one that doesn't cost a fortune!
