Intervals on bike - :
1-3 mins warm up
Hard - level 40 - 9/10 exertion - 45 secs
Easy - level 10 - 3/10 exertion - 2:00 min
Repeat 6 times

Nutrition was great today - lots more energy now that i have cut back on grains - so there is something in it - seems to work.

Great weather down-under spring/summer is most definitely here - hope it keeps it up for the week, so I can enjoy the week off - will probably break on the weekend, with it being labour weekend ......

Oh yeah am officially debt free - 2 months earlier than expected, abs fantastic considering the expenses of the last couple of years ..... Now lets see what next year brings might even get myself a small unit/apartment depending on how the economy/recession/financial things turn out next year :)
