Okay been really busy at work so have not been updating here ....Wed-Fri - bodyweight circuits - so not a complete wipeout :)

Saturday 14/07/07
DB-BW Fusion Workout B:
Warmup circuit-x2
T squat x10
Close Grip Pushup x8
Split Squat x8 (per side)
Spiderman climb x8 (per side)

Warmup - main
DB Split Squats (8 reps) 15kg, 15kg

1A DB Split Squat (8 reps) 17.5kg, 20kg, 20kg # all 20kg's from next one
1B Y's & T's (12reps per side) x3

2A DB Chest press (8 reps) 20kg, 20kg, 20kg - comfortable might take it up a DB next time
2B Inverted Row (10 reps) x3

3A DB close grip 1-arm standing shoulder press (8 reps per side) x3 12.5kg, 12.5kg, 12.5kg
3B 1-leg deadlift (12 reps per side) x3

Bodyweight interval circuit: ( repeated x3)
Prisioner squat 12 reps
Step up 10 reps per side
Pushup max-1 reps per side 25, 25, 25
Reverse lunge 8 reps per side
Squat thrusts 10 Reps

Those squat thrusts are VERY decptive - great workout .....
